🚫 Prohibited Trading Strategies

At BTF Prop Funding, any attempt to abuse the platform using strategies that do not reflect real market behavior is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate breach of our Terms of Service.

Generating risk-free, unrealistic, or system-exploitative profits during any stage — whether evaluation or funded — is not allowed.

All trading activity must reflect the same level of discipline, risk management, and professionalism expected when managing real capital.

⚠️ Consequences of Rule Violations

Any form of manipulative or exploitative behavior — during evaluation or funded phases — may result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Forfeiture of all profits

  • Permanent suspension from all BTF Prop Funding services

The use of third-party account management services or unauthorized trade replication will also result in a permanent ban.

Examples of Prohibited Strategies

  • High-Frequency Trading (HFT):
Using automated systems or rapid execution strategies to exploit micro price movements

  • Latency Arbitrage:
Taking advantage of execution delays or price discrepancies between feeds or brokers

  • Unauthorized Copy Trading:
Only allowed between accounts owned by the same individual
Copying trades from other users or external sources is strictly prohibited

  • Hedging Across Accounts:
✅ Allowed: Buy and sell positions within the same account
❌ Not allowed: Opening opposite trades across different accounts

  • Multiple Account Hedging:
Using multiple accounts to offset risk or guarantee outcomes

  • Tick Scalping:
Executing high volumes of trades to capture minimal price fluctuations

  • Grid Trading:
Opening layered buy/sell positions without a structured strategy

  • Reverse Arbitrage:
Exploiting artificial pricing inefficiencies or creating manipulated trade conditions

  • Group Trading:
Coordinating multiple accounts to place identical trades (same pair, entry, and lot size)

  • Group Hedging:
Synchronizing positions across accounts to eliminate risk

  • Third-Party Account Management:
Only the account owner is authorized to trade
Any external management, signal services, or automation that replicates third-party activity is prohibited

Our Commitment

At BTF Prop Funding, we prioritize fair trading, transparency, and integrity.

Our goal is to create a realistic trading environment where success is driven by skill, consistency, and discipline — not by exploiting system limitations.
